Hosted within the historic and richly appointed Committee Room, Cabaret & Cabernet welcomes 25 guests per evening, ensuring an experience of exclusivity where every seat is truly front row.

Guests are invited to embark on a multi-sensory journey in which exceptional wines are paired with cabaret performances inspired by their individual character. As each glass is poured, the dining table transforms into the stage, bringing the essence of each wine to life.

Guided by an expert sommelier and host, guests will watch the wines come alive before them just as the flavours unfold across their palate. With expertise and flamboyant storytelling, the sommelier guides the evening on a journey through each tasting note, captivating from beginning to end.

The experience begins with a Champagne reception with amuse-bouche, setting the tone for an evening of indulgence. Guests are then invited to take their seats as the journey begins.
A curated selection of wines by the renowned Chateau La Mascaronne have been thoughtfully selected by our sommelier to form the backbone of the experience. Each vintage chosen for its unique depth, elegance, and provenance. Each vintage offers complexity, ensuring guest’s pallets are inspired throughout the evening.
