Terms & Conditions of the Competition

1. Overview

This competition (the “Prize Draw”) is organised by L’oscar London (the “Promoter”). By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Prize Draw is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of L’oscar London, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Entry is limited to one per person.

3. How to Enter

3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter.
3.2 To enter, participants must subscribe to the L’oscar London mailing list via the competition entry form. By doing so, participants consent to receive marketing communications from L’oscar London.
3.3 The Prize Draw will run from Aug. 25th to Sep. 25th, 2025, after which no further entries will be accepted.

4. The Prize

4.1 One winner will receive a complimentary three-course meal for two at L’oscar Restaurant, including a bottle of Château La Mascaronne wine, and a glass of Michel Reybier Champagne per person.
4.2 The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being contacted and is subject to availability.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 30 days of the competition closing date.
5.2 The winner will be contacted via the email address used to enter the competition. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, L’oscar London reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5.3 Proof of age and identity may be required prior to prize redemption.

6. General

6.1 L’oscar London reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
6.2 By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their data in accordance with L’oscar London’s Privacy Policy.
6.3 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
