Head Chef, Allan Pickett
Having worked and trained with some of the UK’s finest chefs including the Roux Brothers and the Galvin Brothers, it is with great joy that L’oscar London welcomes Allan Pickett as their new Head Chef for L’oscar Restaurant. Allan brings with him a wealth of experience and has been involved in many renowned kitchens such as the Standard hotel where he did the opening as Executive Head Chef, to his role as Head Chef at Orrery Restaurant where he retained the Michelin Star as well as having started his own offering, Picquet Restaurant. His knowledge on British ingredients, paired with his classical French training, is the perfect complement to L’oscar London’s decadent dining and opulent style.
Located on the ground floor, L'oscar Restaurant is the bustling heart of the hotel, with its illuminated onyx bar and decor inspired
by the world’s oldest café in Venice, with walls and ceilings lined with mirrors, gilded panels, and stunning original art.
L’oscar offers all the charm and sophistication of a Parisian café. A food lover’s lair, it is the go-to place for delectable breakfasts, bistro-style lunches, and intimate evening dining, or simply a late-night dessert and a soothing glass of wine.
