As a Chef in the Kitchen, you will be part of a team to deliver a personal, tactful and friendly service, anticipating guest needs, creating a homely ambience in a sophisticated environment to achieve an elegant and comfortable experience.
As part of the kitchen brigade, you will be part of a team to support the seamless running of the Kitchen by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and safety is paramount at all times. Under the guidance and supervision of the Executive and Head Chefs, to assist in all aspects of section operation and ensure excellent product knowledge so as to confidently prepare the products on offer. To establish and maintain good working relationships amongst the kitchen brigade and restaurant team.
L’oscar London is looking for chefs with a passion for cooking and food with previous experience in quality establishments. For the Commis Chef, this would suit either a recently graduated chef or someone with the eagerness to learn under the guidance of Michelin Star Chef Tony Fleming.
